Alyssa Grace Musical Concert Debut in Scarborough a Remarkable Success

By : Tony A. San Juan, OCT.
Scarborough-Canada
May 19, 2015

Changing to fashionable stage outfits six times to fit her lovely songs and charming dance moves, Alyssa Grace's  musical entourage is composed of known groups of established singers and dancers in the Greater Toronto Area.

Among which are: the Muso Project of the acoustic - soul duo of Edward Monzon and Rachenne Regozo; the versatile vocalist Joseph Fabie who performed a solo number and a stirring duet with Alyssa ; Arts Unionville Program artists Nicole Jaskot and Tiffanie Samuels joined in the singing numbers with the debutante; the 10- member dance crew of "WYSWYG" - What You See is What You Get,  provided appreciable dancing acts in rhythmic steps with Alyssa, and the Unionville Chamber Choir showed their ensemble's voices blending with Alyssa's solo songs.

Directed by Beverly Vergel, an experienced director, producer, actor, ramp model in the Philippines  and the pedigree daughter of 50's screen matinee idols Cesar Ramirez and Alicia Vergel, comfortably megged the evening's performances. Beverly was professionally supported by vocal coach Julie Ann Reyes, a U.P. voice major alumna.

Giving a standing ovation and joining Alyssa Grace on stage after her memorable performance are her parents Grace and Gerrie Datu and the evening event's artists, performers and staff. Park Productions head Grace and Gerrie and Alyssa Grace herself jointly expressed their great appreciation to all the talents, crews, sponsors and guests for a highly successful and memorable evening of fun and music.... a great career beginning for a young artist, indeed.( T.
