Sir Jose F. Faminial Sr., KGOR Knights of Rizal Necrological Service, Scarborough

Rizal Canada Region and Rizal Scarborough Chapter paid Tribute to Sir Jose F. Famiial, Sr. , KGOR. The Region performed a formal RizalNecrological Service for Sir Joe Faminial, KGOR, who founded the Scarborough Chapter 23 years ago. Sir Joe was survive by Lady Olive and five children.


Sir Joe Faminial was born in 1921. He is married to Lady Olivia and was survived by her and their five children and many grandchildren.  Sir Joe was with Sir Ka Miling Silverio when they formed the first Rizal Toronto Chapter in GTA Toronto. On April 20, 1992, Sir Joe Faminial formed the Rizal Scarborough Chapter, recruiting over twenty Knights. Sir Joe has been very active during his younger days, and has been promoted to Knight Grand Officer of Rizal for his great performance on Rizal projects. He received several awards (including Silver Service Star Medal) from the Supreme Commander in Manila, Philippines.

We will miss our Rizal Commander, who is instrumental in keeping the Rizal Scarborough Chapter active eversince
