The Order of the Knight of Rizal Canada Region is preparing for the 5^th CANADA REGIONAL ASSEMBLY and 16^th COMMANDERS BALL

The Order of the Knight of Rizal Canada Region is now busy preparing for its' 5th Regional Assembly and 16th Commanders' Ball set on October 9,10, and 11, 2015 at Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel  and Suites, 600 Highway 7 East, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.

The members of the Knights of Riza Canada Regionl together with the Counterpart Organizations which include the Ladies of the Knights of Rizal, the Kababaihang Rizalista, the Aspirations of Rizal, are combining their efforts and resources and for the first time tapping the participation of the members of the newly organized Canada Rizal Youth. 
Attending the assembly are delegates coming from across Canada, the Philippines, United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand. and Middle East.

The Symposium Theme: " RELEVANCE OF DR. JOSE RIZAL IDEALS IN MODERN TIMES" Speaks of the importance of  HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY, RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHT AND CODE OF ETHICS, in the present time practice.

There will be a"FAMILY NIGHT"  on Thursday, October 8, 2015 at Sheraton Hotel

Sir Jaime T. Marasigan, KGOR, OKOR Canada Regional Commander revealed that all delegates are invited to join Riizal Supreme Commander Sir Jeremias "Jerry" Singson, KGCR, and his entourage from the Philippines,  on Thursday, October 8, 2015, in the  informal "Family Night" at Sheraton Hotel. He will be meeting the commanders, delegates and ladies from the United States, Europe and other Regions, including the host Commander and convention chairman Sir Romy Sinajon, MD., KGOR,, Convention co-chairman, Sir Mauro Calaguio, Jr. KCR, and Sir Mario Alpuerto, KCR. incharge of convention advertising and promotions.

OKOR Canada Region Commander Sir Jaime T.Marasigan, KGOR, Deputy Commander Sir Ed Prillo, KGOR,  immediate past Regional Commander Sir George R. Poblete, KGCR, Past Regional Commander Sir Lapulapu Cana, Canada Area Commanders  Sir Joe Damasco, KGOR, Deputy Area Commander Sir Emmanuel Yanga, KCR, Deputy Area Commander Sir Frank Crawford, KCR, Sir Rey Balansi, KGOR,  Sir Felino de Jesus, KGOR , Sir Hermie Hernandez, KGOR,  Sir Modesto Lolarga, KGOR, will welcome the delegates and their wives iduring this family night event, to  get to know each other better.

Opening of GENERAL ASSEMBLY, Friday, October 9, 2015

Assembly events will commence at 9:00 a.m., Friday Oct. 9, with the Parade of Colours by the Rizal Knights of the Chapters, Area Commanders, the Regional Officers and the members of the Supreme Council. Supreme Commander Sir Jeremias " Jerry Singson ", KGCR and Canada Region Commander  Sir Jimmy Marasigan, KGOR, will open  2015 CANADA REGIONAL ASSEMBLY , declaring the Plenary Session to Order, immediately after the Parade of Colors..

Friday Evening is fellowship Dinner/ Dance on board  the Cruise ship " The Island Princess"  which will showcase TORONTO By NIGHT from 7:00PM- 11:00PM along Lake Ontario.

Day 2, Saturday, October 10, 2015: EDUCATIONAL DAY and GALA DINNER

Educational Day for everyone till 5:00P.M. with the Ladies and Rizal Youth listening to eloquent Speakers  with their theme:  Rizal is Alive in the Youth of the 21st Century. Being the hope of the motherland, the youth will be immersed to leadership training, Rizal's Ideals and Organizational competence ( LIA-CIA). The GALA Night later  in the evening of Saturday with live music, the Canada Region Council and the members of the Supreme Council will be joined by the dignitaries from the Philippine  Government, Canadian  Government representatives with their Ladies bringing Honor and Prestige to the occasion.

Whether you come for the Guest Speakers or to Rock & Roll with your dancing shoes all night long or once again re-establish those long distance friendships from other side of the globe, or networking with friends colleagues, this formal evening celebration will be an entertaining and enjoyable celebration. Saturday night will surely bring a chance for everyone to unwind and bring the Nostalgia and bringing good memories of the distant past. Let lose as we celebrate the Commanders' Ball Gala Night Festivities.

Day 3, Sunday, October 11, 2015: RECOGNITION and AWARDS

Business will resume, recognizing the individual achievements, awards and promotion and the culmination of the of the Conference.
