A lavish party as Arnold Paco celebrated his 50th birthday with family and friends

Aloha!  Under a spectacular Polynesian backdrop, Arnold Paco marks his 50^th birthday with a big bang.


Lavish, colorful and full of energy ….words  to sum up Arnolds’ golden birthday celebration. It represents the person that he really is. A man who loves good life, adventure, enjoys being surrounded by friends and has a good sense of humor.



Turning Abraham, a name commonly used in the Netherlands for a man who turns 50 years old, Arnold Paco gathered his loved ones, family and friends and treated them to a very extravagant party as he celebrates this very special milestone in his blessed life.



With Hawaiian as the theme, the hall was full with lovely ladies alluringly dressed in sexy grass skirts with colorful headgears and garlands.  Smashing! Palm tree decors adorned the side stage as countless golden balloons were hanging from the ceiling, adorning the doors, tables and just every corner.



And everywhere you look, the number ‘50’ dominates the scene. Splendid! The dinner, mostly prepared by Lilia Bartonico, was mouthwatering and plentiful. Gosh they could feed an entire battalion. And for the complicated drinkers, the choice is vast, and the supply was never ending. Topping it up was the superb music played by DJ RJ Reggie and his partner Niss Yang. He not only plays good music, Reggie is a magnificent singer as well!



For those who know him, Arnold Paco is a very jolly, full of life, easy go lucky and a person who loves to party. To his children, he is the best father one could ever wish for. He pours all his unconditional love to them and make sure they  get the best of everything. They are his treasure, and will always be. As a partner, he is romantic, caring and a very loving person, Lilia could attest to that. As a friend, he is the one you can always count on when you need someone. No wonder he has a long list of good friends. Even those from Germany travelled all the way to Dordrecht to rejoice his natal way with him. That’s what true friends are.



A very devoted Catholic, Arnold is a member of the Filipino Catholic Community Rotterdam Choir. The ladies of FCCR could not let this momentous event pass without surprising him. Very sexy and colorful in their hula hula attire, they performed a well synchronized Polynesian dance. This was followed by another surprise Hawaiian dance by the ladies of the Stichting Kapitbahayan and friends. Final performance was a modern medley dance headed by non-other than his love, Lilia Bartonico.





As the visitors bid their goodbyes and the hall slowly becomes empty, one could not help but wonder…..what an extravantly extraordinary party that was. Thanking the celebrant, his children and partner is not enough for all the time and efforts they put together for their friends who joined him in his golden birthday celebration.
