We had a great celebration at Earl Bales Park, Bathurst St., Toronto to honor Dr, Jose P. Rizal on his 152nd Birthday. Congratulations to the Host Chapter Brampton, Commander Sir Dr. Romy Sinajon, KCR.  Sir Delfin Palileo, KCR, was the event Chairman, supported by his knights Sir Juni Arrelano, Sir Douglas Quimno, and Sir Joel Baile.

Our Thanks to Consul General Hon. Junever Mahilum-West, who led the wreath laying on the Rizal Monument with the Host Commander Sir Dr. Romy Simajon, KCR and Region Commander Sir George R. The Honorable Senator talked about his life when he arrived in Canada with his family.  He took further graduate studies, participated in community projects, heading the Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC), founding a charitable  foundation (PCCF) until his election to the Toronto Catholic School Board and his appointment as a distinguished Senator in the upper house of Canada.
